Speaker A:

Welcome to this extraordinary episode of the Initiatrix.

Speaker A:

And I say it's extraordinary because I've already decided that it will be.

Speaker A:

And I have an incredible guest for you to listen to, to receive, to just be with today.

Speaker A:

My incredible.

Speaker A:

I'm using the word incredible.

Speaker A:

I should use a different word.

Speaker A:

Magnificent, magical client and very good friends, Stacy Baron Fuss.

Speaker A:

And I would really love for you to introduce yourself to the listeners, to my audience, because I know how eloquent you are with words.

Speaker A:

And you can let us all know what it is that you are bringing to the world, you powerhouse queen.

Speaker A:

Was that an introduction or what?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Thank you so much for, for having me.

Speaker B:

I'm very excited to be here today and I am even more excited about what is being birthed through me into the world.

Speaker B:

So, as you know, Soul Charge is what I'm here, here to, to be and to do for, for humanity.

Speaker B:

And so my background, you know, has always been in the high achiever, super achiever space, creating businesses, creating success.

Speaker B:

And in that creation, what I ended up creating was a prison for myself unknowingly.

Speaker B:

And in the process of that, really went through this spiritual awakening of wondering why we're all out there running around creating our magic, creating our businesses, creating our impact.

Speaker B:

And all the while there's this lack of fulfillment in the process.

Speaker B:

And so in:

Speaker B:

And at that time, it was two too big, I'll say, for me to step into.

Speaker B:

And Soul Charge is really what the word is right demonstrates.

Speaker B:

It is charging your soul, it's leadership from the inside out, and it is claiming your royalty as a leader and claiming the true you and bringing the true you to the table.

Speaker B:

And so I'm so excited about this conversation today.

Speaker A:

I'm really excited about this conversation today.

Speaker A:

Let me just say for anyone at home that is listening, that Soul Charge is one of the biggest consciousnesses, is the word that I have attuned to and tuned into on behalf of Stacy.

Speaker A:

And I can tell you that this is a game changer.

Speaker A:

Like this is the next level of something that I can't even put words to.

Speaker A:

It feels big.

Speaker A:

It feels massive.

Speaker A:

It feels like this is what the world has been waiting for.

Speaker A:

It's kind of.

Speaker A:

It's going to create something huge.

Speaker A:

So many revelations and evolutions and expansions and all of the shins for those that become part of this movement.

Speaker A:

It's a movement.

Speaker A:

It's a huge movement.

Speaker A:

And I love that you spoke about leadership because it is about leadership.

Speaker A:

And this episode today is a follow on from a series that I've been doing all around decoding leadership.

Speaker A:

So I'm curious to learn how you, how you lead from the inside out, how you've gone from creating a prison for yourself.

Speaker A:

And I think that's such a beautiful way to describe it because we, we unknowingly create many prisons for ourselves and then we feel this call from the soul to unshackle ourselves.

Speaker A:

And for me, this is really the epitome of self leadership, so unshackling ourselves from the many prisons that we've created.

Speaker A:

So I'm curious how this all kind of leads in.

Speaker A:

Leads in how this works for you and with Soul Charge and how, how this all came about.

Speaker A:

I know you said about India, but I'm going to open it all.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker B:

I feel called to start with the, the core values.

Speaker B:

And I think that the core values, so oftentimes we think we're setting core values for the business.

Speaker B:

But really what was clear to me in this was that whatever I construct in Soul Charge, whatever comes through me, I must ensure that I'm leading in that energy and by those values.

Speaker B:

And so what had come through, and it's really interesting because the values in my real estate company, the values of who I am, they've always been the same, right?

Speaker B:

Because the same me that I was when I was 4, I just have unfortunately more conditioning and fortunately more conditioning to unleash.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

But it's the same me.

Speaker B:

And so when I was constructing those values, and those values are connection, ownership, certitude and mastery.

Speaker B:

And the reason I, I wanted to share those is because I think it sets the tone for self leadership when we first have an anchor of what is this all about and what is it that we're trying to create.

Speaker B:

But more than that, who do I want to be in the process and what do I want to model?

Speaker B:

And those values, whether they're your personal values or company values, have been so helpful.

Speaker B:

And it's actually the same framework we teach our clients within Soul Charge are always coming back to those pillars.

Speaker B:

And so I'll just sort of park that there as I continue and bounce back to those values.

Speaker B:

But in my journey of this like self leadership, I think what has been my sort of clue along the way of what's next is leaning into that gut wrenching soul calling, feeling that there is more that I'm supposed to do or more that I'm supposed to be.

Speaker B:

And so I think that pain was the first sort of trigger or awakening is with all that I had created, it wasn't resonating, it wasn't fulfilling.

Speaker B:

And going through that process of, you know, just that onion peel of you peel back one layer and then another layer emerges and really getting into personal development, professional development.

Speaker B:

And in that personal and professional development, what's being taught and what I was taught was all a part of my journey.

Speaker B:

And I'm talking, you know, pre:

Speaker B:

But what is really important, I think, in personal development and professional development and any development is the fact of the matter is there is this gut aching, gut wrenching feeling that we are not okay with ourselves.

Speaker B:

We are not okay or comfortable with who we be.

Speaker B:

And so we search and we sear.

Speaker B:

And I think that was a lot of the first chapter of whatever chapter it was because let's just be real, there are so many chapters in this generational programming and all the things we're on this journey of.

Speaker B:

But part of what happened for me was I was unconsciously so unsettled with self that I was constantly seeking, constantly seeking the next thing, the next thing, the next thing, the next program, the next mentor, the next whatever.

Speaker B:

And what I realized and noticed was there really wasn't until I, you know, start once, until we started working together, there wasn't anyone that was actually talking about, which is also the void I wanted to fill.

Speaker B:

Your personal power, like they're talking about it more surface level, but they're not saying it's you.

Speaker B:

Like you gotta go to the root of you.

Speaker B:

And so it wasn't until I did that that, you know, things really started to come off for good or integrate for good rather.

Speaker A:

I like to think that it's about you already mentioned like the phrase and the term of the layers of the onion and peeling things off.

Speaker A:

And I think from what you've shared, my understanding is that it is, it is a shedding almost, it's an unshackling and it's a remembrance.

Speaker A:

And this is what happens is that we have to remember the truth of who we are.

Speaker A:

And until we remember that, own it, claim it and move from that space, I don't think we're ever going to be fulfilled, feel fulfilled, because we're constantly going to be seeking, searching and looking for validation outside of ourselves.

Speaker A:

And so I'm curious to learn what for you was a marker of this lack of fulfillment in your life.

Speaker A:

I know you mentioned the little mini prisons and and going on this journey, embarking on this journey.

Speaker A:

But what would be something that somebody could relate to in terms of a marker of, like, this lack of fulfillment?

Speaker B:

Yeah, I think there's all of these markers that were these moments of this is not me, what's going on here.

Speaker B:

And I think that the first memory that comes up is I got into drugs when I was in high school and got arrested, thankfully, as a juvenile.

Speaker B:

And the probation officer could tell that there was a mismatch.

Speaker B:

She could tell that who I was was definitely not someone that was like in the system, being a straight A student, playing all the sports.

Speaker B:

Like, there was a huge mismatch.

Speaker B:

So they put me in the county jail for one night to teach me a lesson.

Speaker B:

And it was moments of like, wake up.

Speaker B:

Right?

Speaker B:

So that's sort of like wake up moment one and then wake up moment two.

Speaker B:

That's, you know, the next one in my memory is the moment that I took my real estate company from 6 million to 32 million in 18 months.

Speaker B:

And everyone was celebrating.

Speaker B:

The developer was celebrating, thanking us for bringing their community back to life.

Speaker B:

And I felt nothing.

Speaker B:

But it was my vision, my team, my effort, my game that I had created, and yet I was on the outside of it.

Speaker B:

And so I think for the listeners that are listening, it's like, if you are feeling like you're outside of your own life, if you are feeling that disconnect, that is the clue to lean in, to dive into.

Speaker B:

How can I self lead?

Speaker B:

How can I step into self source?

Speaker B:

How can I lean into this gap feeling?

Speaker B:

Because it feels like a gap.

Speaker B:

It feels a gap between you and yourself.

Speaker B:

And it's like, how can you lean into that and get connected with yourself?

Speaker B:

And the first thing is to always see the truth.

Speaker B:

And I think that's just a very subtle but profound tool, is that we often don't allow ourselves to see the truth.

Speaker B:

And in India, they would often say to us, see and be free.

Speaker B:

And I love that, because if you see the truth, and in this example, let's use the example of I felt disconnected from myself.

Speaker B:

So modern society teaches us, go get connected.

Speaker B:

But the truth of the matter is in that moment, I need to admit to myself I'm disconnected.

Speaker B:

Because it's only when I can speak that truth without judgment, without blame, without trying to change myself, that true connection can form and grow.

Speaker A:

And it also brings us to this point where we are so good at hiding things from ourselves.

Speaker A:

So as much as we may say, you know, I'm not happy or I'm Unhappy or I'm unfulfilled or whatever, we'll keep going anyway.

Speaker A:

It's very common place for us to continue going even when we know that we're not expecting, experiencing the fullness of life or we're unhappy because there is this little known thing, or not so known around this addiction to our own suffering, our own sabotage, our own hardship, our own sacrifice.

Speaker A:

Because this is, as a society, as a collective, this is something that has been programmed into us, is to continue to keep going, going, even if we're not feeling happy, even when we feel empty inside, even when we're looking into our lives and our businesses and going, no, no, no, that's not me, I don't like that.

Speaker A:

Which is keep continuing to go.

Speaker A:

Because we don't actually ever.

Speaker A:

That's a bit broad.

Speaker A:

Let me circle back.

Speaker A:

We don't often give ourselves permission to say, I'm going to own all of who I am and I actually want more for myself.

Speaker A:

I want to feel more, I want to experience more.

Speaker A:

Because we think that it's so easy for us to continue in the suffering than it is to actually experience fulfillment, joy, ease, peace, happiness, pleasure, fun, that all of that has to come with a price.

Speaker A:

And so we find ourselves in this constant cycle and looping of this disdain.

Speaker A:

I don't like it.

Speaker A:

I'm not fulfilled.

Speaker A:

But I can continue to do it, because I don't.

Speaker A:

Who would I be?

Speaker A:

Who would I have to become?

Speaker A:

How would I have to show up within myself and in community and with everybody I know?

Speaker A:

Like, it would be completely, quote, unquote different.

Speaker A:

And how's that going to go down?

Speaker A:

So to actually step into this certitude, this conviction that you spoke of earlier, going back to the values, it takes an insurmountable amount of.

Speaker A:

I'm done with this bullshit.

Speaker A:

Now it's time for change.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And it's so interesting because you know, this question for myself personally and also with clients has obviously come up over the years, which is like, what is it that we're so afraid of?

Speaker B:

And the answer that I've arrived to is ours, ourselves, right?

Speaker B:

Like, we're so massive, we're so powerful, we're so much bigger than this moment in the situation or whatever is going on in our lives, in your lives, listeners, like, but it's.

Speaker B:

We can't elevate out of it enough to get a different perspective just for a moment, or to your point, like, give ourselves permission to pause and as you say, put it all down.

Speaker B:

Because it's like, what does that even mean I can't put it down.

Speaker B:

I have to do this and this and this and this.

Speaker B:

And we're just driven by that society that drives us.

Speaker A:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker A:

And then we just continue to perpetuate the same cycles without a question, like, without, you know, questioning or choosing differently or, you know, engaging that sense of agency or discernment.

Speaker A:

And I want to circle back to what you just said about, you know, fearing our own because we're so big, we're so powerful, that we fear this, embodying all of that.

Speaker A:

And I would have to not 100% agree with you there.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

I think we're afraid of freedom.

Speaker A:

I think we fear things being easy.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

We don't know.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Because who would we be if things were easy?

Speaker A:

And I think that it feels, or we've been programmed and conditioned to believe and we've just bought into this.

Speaker A:

It feels safer to live in the suffering and the lack of fulfillment and the lack of purpose and the lack of whatever, just lack, period.

Speaker A:

Then to actually color outside the lines and get a little bit of expert, like, experimental and almost like reverse engineering our lives to going back to how we felt and expressed ourselves when we were children, when we were four, when we were quote, unquote, young, free and innocent and looking at life through the lens of imagination and curiosity and wonderment.

Speaker A:

And it's almost like, well, if we show up in the world in that way, then we're going to be deemed insane, bonkers.

Speaker A:

Who the hell does she think she is?

Speaker A:

How can you even run a business like that?

Speaker A:

All of the, you know, the judgments.

Speaker A:

So it's almost like we do.

Speaker A:

We box ourselves in to those little prisons because we're actually afraid of rocking the boat.

Speaker A:

We're afraid of upsetting the apple cart.

Speaker A:

We're afraid of if we get everything that we want, then how are we going to be perceived and received by others?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And I think, especially as women, like that feeling of exposure.

Speaker B:

Because I think what happens in my mind is like, we're scared of how big we are and touching freedom, to your point, sort of bringing that full circle and what that means, who we have to leave behind, the exposure that comes with it, the threat that we become to other women and other people.

Speaker B:

And also this feeling of, like, I often say, like, it's like that loss of control with an orgasm.

Speaker B:

It's the initiation.

Speaker B:

Can you delete that?

Speaker B:

It is the initiatrix, the initiative.

Speaker B:

I cannot say the name.

Speaker B:

It's appropriate to talk about an orgasm on your podcast is what I Want to say just delete that part.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

But that moment where you feel that like loss, that expansion and you don't know how wild the orgasm is going to be or how you don't know what's going to happen next and you.

Speaker A:

Don'T know if you're going to squirt or fart or puke all at the same time.

Speaker B:

You got to go there because you know I'm not going to go there.

Speaker B:

You're going to go there.

Speaker B:

But that is the same thing that is happening, I feel, in our bigness.

Speaker B:

Because we don't know.

Speaker B:

You always say like getting comfortable in the uncertainty.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

And it's like the same as the orgasm.

Speaker B:

We don't, it's uncertainty, don't know what the body is going to do or be.

Speaker A:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker B:

It's unknown.

Speaker B:

And we love.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Micromanaging and doing all those things.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

But this is where that lack of fulfillment comes is because we're trying to micromanage everything.

Speaker A:

We're trying to control everything.

Speaker A:

And we think that we've been programmed to believe that there is safety in that, but that's the biggest illusion and lie that we've bought into.

Speaker A:

And so we're going around creating the $32 million fricking companies and real estate empires, feeling this lack of fulfillment.

Speaker A:

But this is the safer option.

Speaker A:

We're telling ourselves it's the safer option, but at the same time we feel like shit.

Speaker A:

We don't feel fulfilled.

Speaker A:

We're on the outside looking in.

Speaker A:

We're not experiencing joy, we're not experiencing fun.

Speaker A:

We're.

Speaker A:

We're not squirting, farting or doing any of those things.

Speaker A:

And so when it comes to, when it comes to creating something that lights our souls up, which is exactly what you're doing with soul charge.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

This is where all the shit comes up like, I can't do that.

Speaker A:

I can't let it be easy.

Speaker A:

I can't.

Speaker A:

I have to make it be hard for myself.

Speaker A:

I have to let it feel uncomfortable and I have to struggle and I have to suffer in some, some way, shape or form.

Speaker A:

I can't experience or let myself experience ease or fulfillment or purpose.

Speaker A:

And this is, this is what comes up when we're creating a soul led, heart centered, soul charged movement.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Well, and even simple things.

Speaker B:

And you know, this is going back to leadership.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

Leading your ship, leading your life, whatever role that you're in, you have an opportunity to lead and you have an opportunity to lead yourself and lead others.

Speaker B:

Show by your example what's Possible in how you be, not necessarily what you're doing and how many, you know, millions you can make.

Speaker B:

But who are you being in the process of creating that?

Speaker B:

And I think that what is so easy to do to your point in this, like, SOL LED business is it's almost like the perception filter in which we're perceiving the world with a soul LED business.

Speaker B:

It's very simple.

Speaker B:

It's very.

Speaker B:

There is zero complication.

Speaker B:

And it's almost like the mind wants to create this complication, to work through something.

Speaker B:

It cannot let it be easy.

Speaker B:

And it has to be easy if it's you, if it's your fully expressed and in your magnetic force field, if I like to say, right, in your magnetism.

Speaker B:

Complication and your magnetism don't jive.

Speaker B:

They're enemies.

Speaker A:

Yeah, they're literally.

Speaker A:

It's like it just creates static.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

A complete dissonance between the two.

Speaker A:

One is flow, one is fluid, one is creative, which is who you be at your core.

Speaker A:

And the other is somebody who is made.

Speaker A:

The mind, the master that wants to struggle, that wants to create problems.

Speaker A:

And it's just.

Speaker A:

It's like black and white.

Speaker A:

Or black or white, even like chalk and cheese.

Speaker A:

They're completely opposite, polar opposites to one another.

Speaker A:

Which brings me on to, you know, this essence of leadership.

Speaker A:

You and I have spoken at great length around what leadership is, what it looks like.

Speaker A:

And you had this idea.

Speaker A:

Well, we both had a very similar idea.

Speaker A:

It was very aligned.

Speaker A:

Like, I'm creating this decoding leadership series, and you were thinking about creating, like, a tool, a toolkit for.

Speaker A:

Or a tool belt.

Speaker A:

Did you call it a tool belt for leadership?

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Yep.

Speaker B:

Like a tool belt.

Speaker B:

And then each episode, you know, or recording would be a tool on the tool belt.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

I'm curious if you are open to sharing what some of your little tools would be for leadership.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

I think that the first thing is pausing.

Speaker B:

Just because that's been something that's been.

Speaker B:

One of my great lessons in leadership is just the ability to pause and my pause.

Speaker B:

And your pause looks different, right?

Speaker B:

All of our pauses look different.

Speaker B:

But can you just pause?

Speaker B:

One of the things that I like to think about is where am I coming from?

Speaker B:

So this is sort of a sister to tool number one.

Speaker B:

So if you think of the pause is before every meeting, I ask myself, where am I coming from?

Speaker B:

And I set the intention for the highest and best to evolve through me for this meeting.

Speaker B:

And I think that there is such an incredible power to setting the intention of how you Want it to go versus just reacting and going meeting to meeting to meeting.

Speaker B:

That's really helped me be in my body in meetings and also have a level of presence that moves mountains during a negotiation, during a client meeting, and also allows me to zoom in and zoom out really effectively by setting that intention.

Speaker B:

So those are the two.

Speaker B:

So I would say pause and again, that looks different.

Speaker B:

So practically speaking, that could be just twice a day going, how do I feel?

Speaker B:

And then, like, notice because a lot of us, like, we don't even know how we're feeling throughout the day.

Speaker B:

So that's like a very basic thing.

Speaker B:

And then the second piece, part two, sister, is what is my intention for this meeting?

Speaker B:

How am I showing up and really connecting to that powerful inner state?

Speaker B:

As you go into the client meeting the client work your massage, for God's sakes.

Speaker B:

Set that intention for the massage.

Speaker B:

I know that you have.

Speaker B:

I feel like you have a tool that you want to say about.

Speaker B:

Maybe it's the cousin to the intention.

Speaker A:

I think it's the twin.

Speaker B:

It's a twin flame.

Speaker B:

It is a twin flame.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Sinead always takes the practical application and takes it into another dimension.

Speaker A:

I mystify it.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

She mystifies it.

Speaker B:

It's brilliant.

Speaker A:

Well, it's.

Speaker A:

It's just.

Speaker A:

It's all energy.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

So intention is energy.

Speaker A:

And so this is where you and I are so kind of intertwined in the way that we speak.

Speaker A:

You and I have had conversations around this, like, around how Stacy brings, like, the practical and the strategic, and I bring the mystical and the woo.

Speaker A:

So it's the blending the woo and the do together when we're in conversation of this nature.

Speaker A:

And always, but always setting the intention is a very energetic command.

Speaker A:

It's a statement.

Speaker A:

It's.

Speaker A:

I am deciding how this is going to go.

Speaker A:

And I've already set the intention and created almost like, to coin your phrase, the force field around this experience, around this meeting or massage or whatever it is.

Speaker A:

I've already decided.

Speaker A:

It's a decision.

Speaker A:

It's.

Speaker A:

It's a.

Speaker A:

It's a convicted decision that you've already made for what you're going to experience.

Speaker A:

And I'm sure it's, you know, you can also extend it to those that are going to be present as well.

Speaker A:

So it's for the highest good of all, as you said.

Speaker A:

And I do the same.

Speaker A:

I set the energy or even.

Speaker A:

And this is a beautiful thing, like, because I would never necessarily have put it together or married it with the concept of self leadership or leadership at all.

Speaker A:

But if I'm going to a grocery store or shop or whatever it is and I'm on my A game, I'm.

Speaker A:

I'm not always on my A game.

Speaker A:

I know it's difficult to believe, but anyway, and I'm like, okay, I'm going to, I'm going into this store, I'm going to actually intend that the frequency is meeting me where I'm at.

Speaker A:

So the frequency that I'm holding is going to meet me where I'm at when I arrive there.

Speaker A:

So it could be, am I feeling elevated, am I feeling compassionate, am I feeling happy, am I feeling joy, am I feeling, what am I experiencing right now?

Speaker A:

And so the place that I'm going to, I'm going to set the intention or as I like to say as well, kind of send the energy or the frequency ahead of me to ensure that the environment that I'm walking into is, is calibrated to me.

Speaker A:

And so that my experience when I walk in that store is of the same frequency.

Speaker A:

Is very similar.

Speaker B:

Yes, yeah.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

But different.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And it's so interesting because if you notice those times that you do that, because there are times that you don't do that, at least in my world, I won't say for you, but like I'll forget to do that, right?

Speaker B:

And it's almost like that that opens me up to what everyone else is doing.

Speaker B:

But when I take the time, yes, when I take the time to set the stage, because that's really what we're doing.

Speaker B:

And I love thinking about it like, set your table of excellence, right?

Speaker B:

Set your table of frequency, of intention.

Speaker B:

Because the queen that you are doesn't just sit at any table.

Speaker B:

The queen that you are fucking sets the table.

Speaker B:

And make sure that those are platinum pieces of silverware, right?

Speaker B:

Perfectly polished.

Speaker B:

But it's just, I'm extreme here in the trying to give this metaphor and an example, but it's like what you do, and this is the self leadership piece, is when you intend it so precisely in your day to day life.

Speaker B:

In this way you open up the cosmos for everyone else to experience this too.

Speaker B:

This is not just about you or I or you listening now about, I'm going to set the intention for myself.

Speaker B:

Here's what you do when you do this work, when you are conscious and you take the time to set this intention is you allow everyone to elevate with you.

Speaker B:

That is self leadership.

Speaker B:

That is leadership.

Speaker B:

That is sovereign leadership.

Speaker A:

That is sovereign leadership.

Speaker A:

And it is.

Speaker A:

And it's, it's coming back to the words that you use, the thoughts that you have and being consciously, consciously choosing them.

Speaker A:

And so, for example, if, if we're to give an example for somebody who's going to set the intention for the environment that they're about to set in, step into, it's wise to almost say this is for the highest good of all, rather than, I'm just doing this for me because to speak to your point around leadership and you kind of.

Speaker A:

How can you be.

Speaker A:

How can your presence alone be enough to impact and influence those around you, to elevate them into their own leadership?

Speaker A:

And it is, it's literally the way that you carry yourself, the way that you speak to yourself, the way that you command your consciousness and move from that space because you are then moving from the truth of who you are, from your full sovereign being.

Speaker A:

And so the ripple effect, ripple effect of that is that you don't necessarily have to do anything more.

Speaker A:

You just get to be all of who you are.

Speaker A:

And your presence alone is enough.

Speaker A:

Yeah, you've created is enough in your being is enough.

Speaker A:

And it's not even enough.

Speaker A:

It's more than enough.

Speaker A:

You were never not enough or too much or, you know, just a little bit or any of those things.

Speaker A:

It's just this to give context because you are so much more than enough.

Speaker A:

Doesn't even do us justice.

Speaker A:

But it's, it's to give context of how you can command a room, but not from an egoic, I'm better than you place.

Speaker A:

But command a room from your presence to create and be like.

Speaker A:

To create contribution, to be of highest service and contribution, not to create anything, but to be of higher service and contribution.

Speaker A:

Because it's what's happening in the unknown.

Speaker A:

To go back to like the first fear of the unknown, fear of all of the things is what's happening in the unknown that's actually having the biggest impact.

Speaker B:

And that of which is happening in the unknown is way better than you could ever imagine.

Speaker B:

We're over here doing our vision boards and casting our vision, vision, all these things and like that.

Speaker B:

The biggest vision board, the biggest goal, the biggest thing you have ever even thought of is peanuts compared to what is in the unknown.

Speaker A:

You are only subject to that which you hold in your mind.

Speaker A:

So if you're thinking that this is a big gargantu.

Speaker A:

Idea.

Speaker A:

Idea, I can tell you that God, the universe and your creator being self has other ideas.

Speaker A:

That's minuscule in comparison to what else is possible.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

I'm curious to learn how our work together has influenced your Self leadership.

Speaker A:

How you show up for you.

Speaker A:

How you show up for your company.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

If your values have shifted, if they've been extended, I'd love to know what it's like to be my own client.

Speaker B:

Oh, it's so good.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So I want to share part of my journey over the last two, two and a half years.

Speaker B:

Let's call it whatever, three.

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker B:

Doesn't matter.

Speaker B:

The timing.

Speaker B:

Well, it does kind of, but is.

Speaker B:

Is kind of like I was so incredibly.

Speaker B:

I was so fantastic at controlling everything to the extent that I found out you could have an elective C section and put that shit in your calendar.

Speaker B:

And I was like, sushi by eight, Botox by three.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna have this baby at seven.

Speaker B:

Sushi and Botox after.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker B:

And so everything has always been so controlled.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

And God had plans for me after having my daughter.

Speaker B:

And part of our work together is like this Taser to get me back in on the throne.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker B:

And it's because it.

Speaker B:

To just provide imagery, because that is how I speak in metaphors.

Speaker B:

It's like I was laying down, trying to get up, and you came along and you tasered me, and I was like, jump back in the seat.

Speaker B:

And then obviously there's like, optimizations and everything.

Speaker B:

But I think the.

Speaker B:

The thing that I love about you is.

Speaker B:

Is your boundaries and what you stand for, the way in which you call the highest level of leadership out of your clients in saying you're not allowed to act like that here kind of thing.

Speaker B:

I think that it is.

Speaker B:

We've often joked where it's like, you're the me for me that I am for my clients.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

And I.

Speaker B:

It's like, it's so true the way that we speak about things.

Speaker B:

It's literally like.

Speaker B:

It's.

Speaker B:

It's so incredible, the blessing that you've been in my life to.

Speaker B:

I mean, in a way, like, not just bring me back to life, but really shock me, shock the system in a way, going back to the Taser in a delicate, gentle, loving way.

Speaker B:

And, you know, I think that you always hear between the lines, that's something that I say to my clients is, like, they're talking, and I'm like.

Speaker B:

I'm hearing, like, what you're not saying.

Speaker B:

And that has been so powerful because, you know, oftentimes I think that I process something, and you're like, just a moment, ma'am.

Speaker B:

Let me just pluck this little feather out.

Speaker B:

And then it all comes crumbling.

Speaker B:

And so you.

Speaker B:

You are so fast to process things and just so convicted and bold.

Speaker B:

I mean, I could keep going if you'd like me to.

Speaker A:

I'll go in my note.

Speaker A:

I'm loving it.

Speaker B:

I think the thing that.

Speaker B:

I think the thing that has changed in me is there's been this part of me that has.

Speaker B:

Want to say it differently.

Speaker B:

There's.

Speaker B:

There's been this.

Speaker B:

This boldness and directness that you've been with me that has opened up another side of myself that I didn't realize was there.

Speaker B:

Because I always go for the throat jokingly.

Speaker B:

My clients are like, I feel like you're.

Speaker B:

You always reach through the zoom, call give me a slap and then give me a hug, is what they often say.

Speaker B:

And I just.

Speaker B:

I just feel like there's this awakening to more of that that has happened for me and our work together.

Speaker B:

And then I think there is also this incredible you.

Speaker B:

You embodiment.

Speaker B:

Incredible embodiment of who, when you get caught up on stuff, like you've shared with me times that you've gotten triggered by me.

Speaker B:

And that's hard to hear, right.

Speaker B:

And you don't often hear that in a coaching client relationship or a consulting client relationship, but I value that so much because that's how I want to be with my clients, you know, so it's just been.

Speaker B:

It's.

Speaker B:

It's been jarring and loving and next level and meet me where I am, and I'm not going to tolerate your bullshit and everything in between.

Speaker B:

And also this, like, beautiful, like, friendship has, you know, developed and a recognition of not just what we're working on currently.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

But, like, how we're supposed to work together.

Speaker B:

We think we're supposed to work together in whatever capacity, you know, goes forward.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

Well, it's.

Speaker A:

Yeah, we know we're supposed to work together in some capacity, but we're letting it unfold.

Speaker A:

Thank you for your radical honesty about your experience.

Speaker A:

I know that you could go on for days about what happened.

Speaker A:

And something that I think I'd like to share is that we've been working together.

Speaker A:

We've worked together a couple of times, and each time, and we're continuing to work with each other right now.

Speaker A:

And I think each time it's been so quick and so potent and so precise, and it has created for massive shifts in you, in me, because nothing is, as I said earlier, nothing works in isolation.

Speaker A:

This is a relationship.

Speaker A:

And so there has to be.

Speaker A:

There's this symbiosis that happens organically anyway.

Speaker A:

And as I continue to rise into more of who I am and the truth of I.

Speaker A:

Who I am.

Speaker A:

And in my own self, leadership and leadership as a whole, I am calling you to rise into that as well.

Speaker A:

And so it is a beautiful relationship.

Speaker A:

And I am honest as.

Speaker A:

And I will say I'm not tolerating this because I, I know it's.

Speaker A:

I do know it's as well.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

And I think that here's the thing, my perception and experience of working with mentors previously is that it's all been.

Speaker A:

Been very hierarchical.

Speaker A:

I'm better than you.

Speaker A:

You need to treat me in a certain way.

Speaker A:

My shit don't stink.

Speaker A:

This is who I am in a professional capacity.

Speaker A:

This is who I am behind closed doors.

Speaker A:

And as somebody who can see between the lines, sense and smell the bullshit, I felt that I had.

Speaker A:

I knew that that was something that I never wanted to become.

Speaker A:

It kind of gave me information and data to arm me with all of the ways in which I don't want to be.

Speaker A:

And it's not about, you know, making that person wrong or what they're doing wrong, but it just really helped me to become even more convicted in my own leadership.

Speaker A:

And this is how I want to show up in the work that I do.

Speaker A:

And this is how I want to be like I'm treating you and working with you the way that I would want to be treated in an, In a mentorship with myself.

Speaker A:

I want to hire someone and I would want to be called out on my left, right and center, because this is what it's about.

Speaker A:

I want to require more of myself.

Speaker A:

And so this is how I show up in as, you know, your mentor, your guide, or whatever you want to call me right now.

Speaker A:

But tether tickler.

Speaker B:

Yes, tether tickler.

Speaker B:

You're my taser.

Speaker A:

Taser.

Speaker A:

All of the tease.

Speaker A:

And so it's about how would you want to be treated?

Speaker A:

How would you want to be mentored and show up as that and command more of yourself and require more of yourself?

Speaker A:

So you do show up as that.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

And I just want to speak to this because you just tickled something here around what you just said.

Speaker B:

We're talking about this in the context of mentorship.

Speaker B:

Be the mentor that you want to.

Speaker B:

To have.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

Be her or him now.

Speaker B:

And I think I just want to plug in.

Speaker B:

That applies to everything.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker B:

You want that business.

Speaker B:

What's.

Speaker B:

Who are you being today?

Speaker B:

That's not representing that you want that, that spouse, that partner.

Speaker B:

What's the gap?

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

What is the belief about yourself that is preventing you from acting and being that person now?

Speaker A:

What is the Mindset, what is the stored crap that you're holding on to, the programing, the distortions, the conditionings, all of the things that is preventing you from being that person now.

Speaker A:

And you, when you move from being that person now, you alchemize a lot of that already.

Speaker A:

You have to become very fastidious around what you're allowing to deter, like determine your.

Speaker A:

What it is that you're creating.

Speaker B:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

Talk about Soul Charge a little bit more.

Speaker A:

This is, it's not.

Speaker A:

I mean, I spoke about it earlier as a movement.

Speaker A:

How do you see.

Speaker A:

Because when we first started working together, Soul Charge, and you can correct me here if you feel that I'm going off piste a little, but it felt like it was almost like I'm bringing this new baby into the, into the, into the world and I don't know how to.

Speaker A:

I don't know what to do with it.

Speaker A:

It's like, here it is.

Speaker A:

What am I doing?

Speaker B:

It's so funny because I actually had a new baby, physical human baby.

Speaker B:

And I knew like what to do with her, but I couldn't figure out what to do with the soldier.

Speaker A:

I can't.

Speaker A:

I can't fucking book this into Botox and sushi at 3 o'clock.

Speaker A:

Why do I do this?

Speaker B:

I have no comprendo.

Speaker B:

Can't process.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Soul Charge is absolutely the activation of heart centered leadership.

Speaker B:

And it is the leadership operating system of the future.

Speaker B:

But what that means is that all of these programs that are out there, you know, you have spiritual coaches and mentors, you have that, the spiritual realm.

Speaker B:

And then you have business coaches and strategy and you have that like practical external realm.

Speaker B:

And Soul Charge merges the two.

Speaker B:

It's the bridge between heaven and earth.

Speaker B:

It is the, the practical and the mystical coming together.

Speaker B:

But what that means is waking up the power in you, waking up the embodiment and more than anything, bringing all of yourself to the table.

Speaker B:

And I.

Speaker B:

There is an example of.

Speaker B:

So we work with women as a focus at this point and this last week, interestingly enough, I've had three men come into my world, whether it was just drop in for a class or pop up.

Speaker B:

And the feedback that they gave was super interesting.

Speaker B:

And there's one in particular that he's starting this new business.

Speaker B:

He'd been a very successful entrepreneur and he had to, in his mind, show up a certain way to be successful in the world.

Speaker B:

And that's his first business.

Speaker B:

Well, this new business is kind.

Speaker B:

There's like a dark side to it.

Speaker B:

Like there's like Some dark jokes and like even the name of the business is dark.

Speaker B:

And he feels squeamish because there's this part of himself that likely was, you know, condemned as a child that he has this curtz, crude sense of humor.

Speaker B:

And that's not allowed here.

Speaker B:

That's.

Speaker B:

This new business is requiring him to pull out of the closet.

Speaker B:

And the, the process of Soul Charge and the quick walkthrough I did with him was bringing that out and the freedom he experienced just to have the permission and what that actually looks like practically.

Speaker B:

Because I think in my experience and why Soul Charges, my mission and movement is, in my experience, it was like one or the other in the space.

Speaker B:

It's like I'm going to go get space spiritually charged for 21 days in India and have this amazing awakening, but I have to go for 21 days and I'm like a.

Speaker B:

I'm.

Speaker B:

I'm productive member of society.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

And so it's like it's either or.

Speaker B:

And this world is very both.

Speaker B:

And, and so it's, it's bringing all of yourself.

Speaker B:

And so Soul Charge is made up of Soul Charge centers that will be opening across the world and all over the globe.

Speaker B:

And those Soul Charge centers are the entry point to the group programs and the one to one mentoring and then the corporate work that we do with the larger companies.

Speaker B:

And so that's how Soul Charge is structured.

Speaker B:

Soul Charge.

Speaker B:

And you've been such an incredible and crucial puzzle piece to this Soul Charge journey for myself personally.

Speaker B:

But it's super interesting.

Speaker B:

I have gone through the Soul Charge curriculum.

Speaker B:

I have gone through the fire or purification of what does for the clients.

Speaker B:

And I had to and still have to.

Speaker B:

There isn't a destination in this work that requires me to be soul charged and also get real when I'm not being soul charged.

Speaker B:

And so that's Soul Charge in a nutshell.

Speaker B:

Can't fit in a nutshell.

Speaker A:

All right, thank you.

Speaker A:

Thank you for sharing all of that and for also just speaking about the male client.

Speaker A:

I think that so much of the work you and I do has been focused on supporting women.

Speaker A:

And I believe this is my personal kind of knowing sense is that now is the time when we actually bring everything together to unify because nobody gets left behind.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

It's not one or the other because we are both, we are both masculine and feminine.

Speaker A:

And so there's a different dynamic and a shift that can happen in an environment when we have both energies in a room.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker B:

I'm thinking right now that I'M going to.

Speaker B:

You know, there's been this, and I've shared this with you, but there's been this energy around Soul Charge.

Speaker B:

I don't know why I feel like I need to say this right now, but there's been this energy around Soul Charge that I'm like, there's something that.

Speaker B:

Whether it's blocking it or something, and it's.

Speaker B:

It's the women only.

Speaker B:

I'm just having this like, moment where.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Live.

Speaker B:

Aha.

Speaker B:

Moment.

Speaker B:

So I'm gonna go change the website.

Speaker B:

Thank you.

Speaker B:

Put it on my.

Speaker B:

Put it on my tab.

Speaker B:

I'll go change that this afternoon.

Speaker B:

Because it.

Speaker B:

It always was women.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

And focusing on the women and then the children and then the men.

Speaker B:

And we even developed a full Charge Mother curriculum a few weeks ago, which I'm super excited about.

Speaker B:

So anyway, that feels very aligned.

Speaker A:

It's really exciting.

Speaker A:

It's really, really exciting for you, for everyone involved, and also for the world.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

I really want to just anchor and kind of bring everything back together to wrap up the episode around the concept of something that you haven't actually mentioned, liberation and freedom.

Speaker A:

Because this is something that's come up recently, hasn't it?

Speaker A:

This idea.

Speaker A:

I mean, we've kind of brushed over freedom earlier on, but this idea of.

Speaker A:

Because your events are liberation, the popular events that you do and that you invite people into is called liberation.

Speaker A:

And I'm curious to learn how this weaves into the Soul Charge vision, mission, values.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

You know, I.

Speaker B:

I feel so touched to talk about this topic at the moment because just in the last few days, I have really had an experience around liberation for myself personally, involving a family member that fell.

Speaker B:

Fell ill.

Speaker B:

And the connection between us and liberation is what this is all about.

Speaker B:

And it's freeing you from the shackles.

Speaker B:

Bring me from the shackles of what I think I have to be.

Speaker B:

People pleasing, approval seeking, conditioning of the world to be free to create the business that you want, that I want to create the family and the life that we want to create without any rules.

Speaker B:

To finally own the truth that you are the creator of this game, you are the creator of it all.

Speaker B:

And being liberated to actually own that is what all of this is really about.

Speaker B:

And liberating from the stories and all of the things that have kept you stuck.

Speaker B:

And what that is, is actually liberating yourself to love all of you, to be in total self love.

Speaker B:

Because it is only then that there is true freedom, I feel.

Speaker B:

And to love yourself in the moments where it's not perfect or when you feel like it's perfect, that's all just a story anyway.

Speaker B:

But the point is, is that your liberation is in your hands.

Speaker B:

You hold the key.

Speaker B:

And it is my mission and commitment and devotion to remind you of that power so that you reclaim your truth and be set free.

Speaker B:

To create.

Speaker A:

Is the port, the sacred pause.

Speaker A:

And letting that land.

Speaker A:

Because this is what it's truly about.

Speaker A:

As we liberate ourselves, we liberate others around us.

Speaker A:

And it's moving from that space.

Speaker A:

And so what you're doing and what you're creating, what you have created and what you are offering to the world as highest contribution is magnificent.

Speaker A:

And to step into a room where that is the intention that's already been created.

Speaker A:

And knowing that you don't have to do anything other than just show up as yourself, knowing that the.

Speaker A:

The energy, the frequency, the intention has already been fused into that environment, of course people are going to walk out just feeling absolutely incredible.

Speaker B:

Free.

Speaker B:

Free at last.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Stacy, for joining me on this episode today, which is actually going to be released today.

Speaker A:

I'm speaking in the future now.

Speaker A:

Today is my birthday.

Speaker A:

It's not today.

Speaker B:

I'm like, I don't know what day it is where you are.

Speaker B:

So I'm like, wait, I thought it was tomorrow.

Speaker B:

What time was it?

Speaker A:

Birthdays and Thursday.

Speaker A:

This is when the episode's gonna be released.

Speaker A:

So I'm just trying to.

Speaker A:

This is what happens when you're liberated and free.

Speaker A:

You can make up the days of the week.

Speaker A:

You can have birthdays every single minute.

Speaker B:

Just spit.

Speaker A:

She's squirting now.

Speaker B:

Oh, my God.

Speaker A:

Thank you so much.

Speaker B:

Thank you so much.

Speaker A:

For anyone who is in the Boise area or anyone who is going to be around Orange county over the next month and beyond, please go and check out the Soul Charge centers.

Speaker A:

Go and experience the Pop up, the group program, all of the things.

Speaker A:

Go get yourself soul charged and liberate yourself right now.

Speaker A:

Is there anything that you would like to leave as your final thoughts?

Speaker A:

Anything that's coming through.

Speaker B:

You can create.

Speaker B:

Anything really.

Speaker B:

Whatever it is that you want to create, whether it's space, a vacation, anything, you can.

Speaker B:

You can do it.

Speaker B:

You can create it.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

Thank you.
